Wendy markets through various web sites, target print media, other brokers and agent open houses, along with brochures and the Metrolist computer program.
Wendy is a great listener and educates her BUYERS about neighborhoods, property values and then she seeks out the BEST PROPERTIES that fit their LIFESTYLE and BUDGET. She then negotiates the BEST PRICE. There have been several occasions when Wendy has sold the first house, she shows her buyer.
Wendy graduated from Colorado State University with a BA in graphic design. After working in the design industry for 10 years, she returned to school and received her teaching certificate from the University of Colorado, Denver. She taught for 9 years in the Cherry Creek School District until she had children of her own. She is married to Bruce Glazer, who is Kroenke Sports Enterprises Vice President and CFO. They have 2 children, Shayna and David along with 2 dogs, a golden retriever, Mulligan and a little rescued mutt, Grayson.
Wendy is very involved in the community and is on many boards of directors and committees. Some are the Anti-Defamation League, Cherry Creek Chamber of Commerce, Denver Board of Realtors, Melanoma Research Cancer Foundation and Welcome to Colorado International Club.
