Thomas & Rosanne Dutzer combine a versatile mix of business backgrounds to form a dynamic team capable of servicing a wide array of clients.
After a 10-year stint in the Title Insurance industry that culminated with the position of Sr Vice President for a national Title & Escrow operation, Thomas joined Coldwell Banker to serve as Administrative Manager for one of the Front Range’s premier offices and later awarded the prestigious 2011 Denver Metro Association of Realtors Support Person of the Year. During this time, he obtained an MBA in Finance and International Business from Regis University while also co-founding the Regis Networking Group, an organization designed to provide connections for adult learners from Regis University and the surrounding community.
In March 2021, Thomas assumed the role of Managing Broker for Kentwood City Properties. With oversight of 40+ agents, he is privileged to work for some of Denver’s top producers. The office features a specialization on the LoDo housing market and is known for its vast experience selling some of Denver’s largest condominium projects such as The LakeHouse and McGregor Square. In 2021, the office was awarded the prestigious DMAR Excellence Award for offices between 31-50 agents in the categories of Sales Production and Total Transactions.
Rosanne’s eclectic experience has also served as a valuable foundation for success. Having worked in residential and commercial property management, she has vast industry experience. Additionally, she has worked for The Integer Group, a global full-service advertising agency and Street Source Marketing & Communications.
Since transitioning into real estate full-time, Rosanne has deftly utilized her marketing background and social media skills to promote our brand. These skill sets are the perfect complement to her contagious energy and ability to accurately identify client needs. Her impact extends into the community as Vice Chair of the Asian Chamber of Commerce and as a member of Kentwood's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council.
As a dynamic partnership, they exemplify full-service care for their clients. Remarkable communication, ongoing market analysis, oversight of inspection and appraisal, and coordination of contractors are just a part of their concierge-level customer service. In their first full year (2016) as a selling team, Thomas and Rosanne were among the highest ranked small teams at Coldwell Banker. Since transferring to Kentwood City Properties in December 2017, they have been a steadying presence at one of Denver’s most iconic real estate offices.
To make a positive impact in the community, Thomas and Rosanne are members of WeRide4 – a local non-profit cycling club that supports various endeavors that support cycling around the country.
