Description
I am a 3rd generation Colorado native as well as a 3rd generation Realtor. Some say I was bred to sell real estate! After graduating from Colorado State University with degrees in Mathematics and Statistics, I decided to focus my attention to detail and my love for real estate into a lifelong career. Buying or selling a home is a huge investment and you need to know that your business is in the hands of an extremely capable agent. In my eighth year as an agent, I made the switch to Kentwood Real Estate to align myself with Colorado’s finest and most productive agents and have loved every minute of it since!
During my non-working hours, I enjoy spending time doing photography, spending time with my friends and family, and exploring all that Colorado has to offer! Through the years I have lived all over the state: Aurora, Denver, Durango, Fort Collins, Franktown, Greenwood Village, Morrison and Parker to name a few! This has really helped to expand my knowledge of the metro area and help others to find the area of town that is the best fit for them.
If you are a new client, past client, friend or have been referred to Greg, you have selected a truly dedicated professional. My promise to you is this: If you are a buyer, I will work with you for as long as it takes not to just find a house, but rather a home you love. As a seller I will customize a marketing plan that will sell your homes as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
I approach each transaction uniquely. If you’re a “First Time” buyer, if you need “More Room”, or you want to “Move Downtown”; Kentwood City Properties inventory can help fill these needs with some of the best homes in the area. If you are an Executive, I can find your weekend loft or prestigious estates. If you are a Real Estate Investor I can find your rental properties, commercial tenants or help in the purchase and sale of “fix and sell” properties.
Born and raised in the Denver area, Greg went to Cherry Creek High School and was an International Affairs/Japanese Major from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Greg also received a Degree from the California Culinary Academy (Culinary Arts/ Hospitality Management). His past experiences in the restaurant/ hospitality industry (as owner/operator and general manager in some of Denver’s finest establishments) helped him develop the ability to control stressful situations with ease.
Greg is also the organizer for the Denver Pug Club and involved in charitable organizations including Habitat for Humanity and Share Our Strength. Greg is also on the Kentwood DEI counsel and helps support many community events.
Together with Greg Yoshida, Ron Smookler, Zach Gilbert, we are The Move Group, Kentwood Real Estate!

Testimonials
This is the third time I’ve worked with the MOVEgroup. They are professional, responsive, and available. I sold my home in three days….should say…..the MOVEgroup sold my house in three days! The stager, Barbara, was easy to work with and made me feel supported. Allison and Zach are good people!
Our loft was in a complicated building to sell. Allison and Greg worked incredibly hard to get it sold for us and we believe their expertise is why it happened. During this very busy time in real estate they always got back to us in a timely manner. We would highly recommend them if you have a condo or loft to sell.
The Smookler team was extremely helpful in walking us through all the craziness of the present market. They were professional, caring, wise and always available. They gave extremely valuable advice in how to prepare for the sale of our home and then all the steps involved in getting it on the market and sold. The years of experience and expertise they brought to the process enabled us to navigate the complicated realities of buying and selling with greater confidence. Working with us and for us, we felt like we were their #1 priority, though we knew they had other clients and priorities in their business and lives. Thank you, Allison and Ron!
The Smookler team went above and beyond to help us navigate this crazy market. They graciously explained processes that confused us, pointed out pitfalls we might want to avoid, kept a realistic but positive outlook on the current market, were quick to respond and seemingly always available to show us properties, answer questions, draw up proposals etc... They know Denver metro neighborhoods well and in getting to know what our needs and desires were, helped steer us in some great directions. In walking us through the rather stressful realities of getting our house ready to put on the market, they did so with respectful and really helpful suggestions. I imagine having a professional, caring, well-connected and wise real estate agent is important any time a person is buying and/or selling a house. I can't fathom, in this market, going through this process without having someone like the Smooklers, who bring so much insight and experience to the table.
